FixMyBike — From Zero to Market Leader in Copenhagen

How we helped a mobile bike repair service become the market leader in Copenhagen — starting from scratch.

The challenge

A new mobile bike repair service covering Copenhagen and the Zealand region. No name, no brand, no website, no clients. The founder knew how to fix bikes — but had no idea how to get found online in one of the most bike-friendly cities in the world.

The goal: create a strong brand and web presence to attract clients primarily through Google Ads.

Naming

After careful analysis, we chose the name FixMyBike — short, clear, memorable, and easy to pronounce in both Danish and English. It immediately tells people what the service does.

Logo & brand identity

We chose yellow and black as the brand colours — symbolising speed and urgency. The logo features a stylised letter “F” that resembles a bicycle’s front wheel and handlebar, connecting the brand name to the service visually.

The tagline: “Livet ruller videre” — Life rolls on.

Website

The landing page was built in the brand’s colours and typography. The main screen features an illustration of a woman with a bicycle and phone — representing a key part of the target audience.

Key elements:

  • Step-by-step booking form — so clients can describe their repair needs immediately
  • Transparent pricing — no surprises
  • Service area map — covering Copenhagen and Zealand
  • Mobile-first design — because most people search for bike repair on their phones

We launched targeted Google Ads campaigns across Copenhagen and surrounding areas. Every ad was tailored to specific services — tyre replacement, e-bike repair, mobile service.

Results in the first 6 weeks:

  • CTR (Click-Through Rate): 12.64%
  • Conversion rate: 14.67%
  • Orders: 220+
